About Us

The Ituze Center is the only center in Rwanda that is fully dedicated to teaching yoga and other mindfulness practices. We offer weekly classes and mini-retreats at the center in yoga, mindfulness, meditation, Qigong Tai Chi, as well as workshops in Breath-Body-Mind. We also provide outreach classes in yoga, mindfulness and Breath-Body-Mind to a variety of populations.
