Introduction to Mindfulness
A 6-week course on Wednesdays, 6-7:30 pm at the Ituze Center (starting Wednesday, Jan 15). Mindfulness is the practice of being purposefully present with compassionate, non-judgmental awareness. While mindfulness has its roots in Buddhism, we will focus in this course on secular practices that have been proven effective in developing both physical and psychological wellness.
