Uko Yoga yabaye umuti, akazi, n’inzozi bya Aline Mazimpaka

Aline Mazimpaka, ari mu batoza bakuru mu rwego rw’impamyabumenyi mpuzamahanga mu gutoza Yoga b’abanyarwanda bakorera mu Rwanda.

Ati: “Yoga mu kinyarwanda tuyita imyitozo y’ubumwe. Mbere yo kunga ubumwe n’abandi ndabanza nkunga ubumwe nanjye ubwanjye. Muri Yoga tuvuga ko umuntu agizwe na roho, gatekerezi (mind) n’umubiri”.

“Kugira ngo nunge ubumwe nanjye ubwanjye ibyo bice byose bigomba kubanza kunga ubumwe, iyo ibyo bishobotse biroroha ko n’abandi bo hanze twunga ubumwe nabo”.
